Kurotori

At the beginning of the Meiji era, Heiji Kajiwara I moved from Kurotori, Tosa-Aki County to Hondo, Shimanto Town and established a forge.
Since then, he has continued to produce a wide variety of cutlery for more than 150 years.
We pass on the tradition and culture of Tosa percussion cutlery to future generations and leave behind better products.
